Tyler Parris
Tyler Parris is a former corporate chief of staff, and author of Chief of Staff: The Strategic Partner Who Will Revolutionize Your Organization. After interviewing hundreds of chiefs of staff and their executives globally in different industries, and coaching dozens of them, Tyler provides coaching through the chief of staff lifecycle (first 100 days, incumbents with specific leadership challenges, exiting/transitioning from the role), hosts networking events and professional development workshops for people in chief of staff roles, and hosts Chief of Staff Mastermind Cohorts – learning cohorts of 12-15 chiefs of staff that combine the power of group and 1:1 coaching, peer advisory, in-person and virtual learning that help you get the most out of your time in the role.
