Chief of Staff Mastermind Cohorts

Chief of Staff Mastermind Cohorts

Our Chief of Staff Mastermind Cohort is a year-long learning experience that combines the power of chief of staff-specific training, group and 1:1 coaching, and peer advisory.

It meets all of the criteria for next-gen learning and development outlined in this HBR article, “The Future of Leadership Development.” It’s personalized, socialized, contextualized, and outcomes-based. But also, we have a lot of FUN, with lab and innovation center tours, interviews with former CoS, ethnic dinners, and even an occasional cameo appearances by superheroes! Make our Chief of Staff Mastermind group part of your “Personal Learning Cloud.”

In our Chief of Staff Mastermind Cohorts, we cover skills, competencies, frameworks, and even some productivity hacks, but we also do some deeper work. What holds you back? What are your competing commitments? What are the mind shifts and heart shifts you need to make to be a better executive-level leader?

Don’t just take my word for it. References available from the previous cohort participants upon request.

Cohort participant testimonial:
One CoS at a major pharma company supported a leader who allowed some of the leadership team to miss a deadline back in October, and by February still hadn’t completed their action item(s): “The value of getting together with the (Chief of Staff Mastermind) Cohort was to bounce ideas off the others, and to get different perspectives on whether this performance issue was a battle worth fighting, what leverage I have to wrangle those ‘rogue’ leaders to the finish line, and how to have the tough conversation with my leader that this slip affects her credibility and effectiveness as much as mine.”

Just a sampling of topics we’ll cover through cases, guest speakers, role plays, other experiential modes, group and 1:1 coaching, and peer advisory:
